Once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled. Changes cannot be made to your order once it has shipped. Made to order items cannot be changed after order has been placed. Orders typically take 1-2 business days to ship. Peekzee, LLC is not responsible for incorrectly entered shipping addresses at checkout, so please double check all information. Also, be sure to include valid contact info and email address with your order; this is how we will contact you if we have a question about your order.

Our orders ship via USPS First Class Mail; PO Boxes and APO addresses are accepted.

Returns on Peekzee Socks are only accepted if the Peekzee Socks were received damaged or have a manufacturer defect, and must be reported within 5 days of delivery date. To inquire about a refund of this nature, or if you need to inquire further about a Peekzee Socks return, please send us an email at: for more information. 

We really hope it’s love at first sight, but in case it’s not, to return tops, the merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, in the exact same condition you received it in, free of smoke and odors, and also returned within 5 days of delivery date. Return shipping is at the customer's expense. Made To Order Items cannot be returned. We thoroughly inspect our merchandise before shipping; however in the rare event you would find a manufacturer defect, please send an email to for more information.

ALL items must be returned within 5 days of the delivery date, along with your order confirmation. If 5 days have gone by since your purchase was delivered, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange; no exceptions! Your package will be returned to you at your expense. 
We strongly suggest using a USPS tracking number, or purchasing shipping insurance, as Peekzee, LLC will not be responsible for returns that arrived damaged or become lost in transit. If your return qualifies, we will issue a refund to the original method of payment.

Refunds (if applicable):
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you that we have received your return. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. If you are approved, a refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable):
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
